This is our go to banana bread recipe. The result is a banana bread that is super moist, sweet, and incredible easy to make. In a large mixing bowl stir together cooled melted butter, white granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the vanilla extract, two eggs and whisk to combine. Next, add all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and kosher salt. Stir all the ingredients together until smooth. Next, fold in mashed bananas, sour cream and chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a pre-greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and spread evenly.

After baking for 30 minutes with 100% stream reconfigure your oven to turn the steam off and bake the banana bread for another 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean. Remove the bread from the oven and cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
