Chicken tenders are a simple and delicious snack. In the first bowl add the buttermilk and chicken breast cut into strips.
In a second bowl we will prepare the dredge by adding the all purpose flour, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Transfer the chicken breast into the dredge shaking off any excess buttermilk. Toss the chicken strips until completely covered by the dredge. Place the coated strips into hot oil and fry until the internal temperature of the chicken strip reaches 150 °F.
When done remove from the oil and place on paper towels to train any excess oil. Immediately season with kosher salt. Serve and enjoy.
