Coat the wings with buttermilk and set aside. In a second bowl mix the all purpose flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Transfer the wings into the dredge mixture and toss until evenly coated. When the oil is hot (335 °F) fry the wings for 4 minutes until done.
Drain the wings of excess oil and cool on a wire rack. Season the wings with kosher salt and enjoy!
