Quinoa Bread
Ingredients
Preparation
The Anova Precision Oven makes this Quinoa Bread simple to make. Try out our recipe.
In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the quinoa flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and flax meal. Stir well to combine.
In a separate mixing bowl combine the almond milk, peanut butter, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup. Mix until the peanut butter and milk are one.
Pour your almond milk mixture into the flour mixture. Mix well to form a thick dough. Transfer the dough into a pre-greased loaf pan.
