Preparation
It's that time of the year and amazing deals are popping up in our local grocery stores for fresh turkey breast. This classic meal makes for a delicious dinner and even better snack the following day. Remove the turkey breast from the packaging and pat try with a paper towel. Generously season the turkey breast with kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Preheat the Anova Precision Oven.
Step 1 - Pre Heat
Heating Elements: Rear
Sous Vide Mode: On
Temperature: 150 °F
Steam: Off
Roast the turkey breast on a wire rack until the probe target reaches 140 °F.
Step 2 - Roast

Temperature: 150 °F
Steam: Off
Once the probe target is reached, remove the turkey from the oven and pull the probe. Configure the Anova Precision Oven to sear using the settings below.
Step 3 - Sear
Heating Elements: Top, Rear
Sous Vide Mode: Off
Temperature: 482 °F
Steam: Off
Once the Anova Precision Oven reaches 482 °F sear the chicken until a nice color develops. The sear was a little overdone for our taste so we'll try 8 minutes for the next cook.
